What is happening?

SANDWELL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL Directorate of Place Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 – Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 

I hereby give notice that Sandwell Council has received the following applications under the planning acts, of which it is required to give public notice for the reason given at the beginning of each group of applications. 

This is a major application. 

Application no: DC/24/69621 Graham SEP Properties Ltd Address: Friar Park Inn, 103 Crankhall Lane, Wednesbury WS10 0EF 

Proposal: Proposed demolition of former public house (approved under application No DC/22/67474), and proposed retail convenience store (Use Class Ea) and 12 No. 1 and 2 bedroom apartments above (Use ClassC3), with car parking, amenity areas and associated development. The application may affect the character or appearance of a conservation area.

Proposal:Proposed replacement of ATM. The application may affect the character or appearance of a conservation area. 

Application no: DC/24/69574 Mr Nasr Muflahi Address: 113 Bratt Street, West Bromwich B70 8SB 

Proposal: Proposed loft conversion with dormer to rear. This is a major application. 

Application no: DC/24/69606 Redwood (Light Industrial) Propco Sarl UK Address: Summit Point, Summit Crescent, Smethwick 

Proposal: Demolition of existing office building and temporary change of use to provide open storage/vehicle parking with associated works including widening of entrance gates and erection of lighting columns.
