HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin wedi gwneud Gorchymyn sy’n gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o’r ffordd ddiddosbarth, 270 metr i’r gogledd-ddwyrain o Bont Cwm-miles, am bellter o 70 metr i gyfeiriad y gogledd-ddwyrain Y Ffordd Arall i draffig sydd am deithio tua’r gogledd-ddwyrain fydd mynd i gyfeiriad cyffredinol y de-ddwyrain gan fynd heibio i Bont Cwm-miles a pharhau ar hyd y ffordd ddiddosbarth, gan fynd heibio i’r eiddo a elwir yn Fferm Penclippin hyd at y groesffordd ger Hiraeth. Troi i’r chwith wrth y groesffordd, ar hyd y ffordd sydd ag arwydd Llanboidy, a pharhau i gyfeiriad cyffredinol y gogledd-ddwyrain am oddeutu 2.25km gan fynd heibio i’r eiddo a elwir yn Blaenhiraeth a Glascoed. Troi i’r chwith wrth y gyffordd nesaf ag arwydd Login, ar ôl Gwynmardene Kennels, a pharhau ar hyd y ffordd hon am oddeutu 3.35km gan fynd heibio i’r eiddo a elwir yn Cilowen Uchaf, i ddychwelyd i fan sydd i’r gogledd-ddwyrain o’r man lle mae’r ffordd ar gau.

HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, nid llai na saith diwrnod ar ôl dyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag teithio ar hyd y Ffordd Ddiddosbarth yn ei chyfanrwydd, o’r gyffordd â’r A4069 Llangadog, gan fynd heibio i’r eiddo a elwir yn Barc Carafanau Barons Court, hyd at y gyffordd â’r Ffordd Dosbarth III a elwir yn Heol Pendref. Wrth y gyffordd, troi i’r chwith a theithio ar hyd Heol Pendref i gyfeiriad cyffredinol y dwyrain am bellter o 610 metr er mwyn dychwelyd i fan sydd i’r de o’r man lle mae’r ffordd ar gau.

Bydd y Gorchymyn arfaethedig yn parhau mewn grym nes bod y gwaith sy’n cael ei wneud ar ran y Grid Cenedlaethol i osod dargyfeiriad cebl dan ddaear newydd wedi’i gwblhau.

Gorchymyn Sir Gaerfyrddin (Felin-Pandy, Meidrim) (Gwaharddiad dros dro ar Draffig Trwodd) 2024

HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin wedi gwneud Gorchymyn sy’n gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd y Ffordd Dosbarth III sy’n arwain o’r gyffordd ger yr eiddo a elwir yn Glyn Aur yn Felin-Pandy, Meidrim am bellter o 650 metr i gyfeiriad y gogledd.

Mae cau’r hwn yn barhad o’r gorchymyn Cau ar Frys Dros Dro a gyflwynwyd ar y Ffordd Dosbarth III yn Felin-Pandy, Meidrim, o dan Adran 14(2) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 ar 5 Awst 2024.

Lle bo’n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol (lle bo’n briodol) drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.

Y Ffordd Arall ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio tua’r gogledd fydd mynd i gyfeiriad y de ar hyd y ffordd sydd ag arwydd Meidrim, gan fynd heibio i’r eiddo a elwir yn Glandewi ac Elm Grove a pharhau ar hyd Heol Drefach hyd at y gyffordd â’r B4289. Wrth y gyffordd, troi i’r dde a mynd ar hyd y B4289 Heol yr Orsaf am bellter o 300 metr hyd at y gyffordd â’r B4299 sy’n arwain i Dre-lech ger y Fountain Inn. Wrth y gyffordd, troi i’r dde a theithio ar hyd y B4299 am bellter o 5.6km i gyfeiriad y gogledd yn gyffredinol hyd at y gyffordd â’r Ffordd Dosbarth III sy’n arwain i Bandy ger yr eiddo a elwir yn Brynhedydd. Wrth y gyffordd, troi i’r dde a theithio am bellter o 2.2km ar hyd y ffordd ag arwydd Pandy gan fynd heibio i Gapel Ty Hen er mwyn dychwelyd i fan sydd i’r gogledd o’r man lle mae’r ffordd ar gau.

I ‘r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio tua’r de.

Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau mewn grym hyd nes bod D J Davies Fuels wedi cwblhau gwaith i dorri coed peryglus.

Bwriedir i’r gwaith a ddechreuodd ddydd Llun, 5 Awst 2024 bara tan 16 Medi 2024.

HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn bwriadu, heb fod yn llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerddwyr rhag mynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Lwybr Troed Rhif 22/15, gan ymestyn o’i gyffordd â Llwybrau Troed Rhifau 22/13 a 22/14 hyd at ei gyffordd â Llwybr Troed Rhif 22/20, am bellter o 612 metr i gyfeiriad y de.

Ni fydd ffordd arall tra bydd y llwybr hwn ar gau.

Bydd y Gorchymyn arfaethedig yn parhau mewn grym hyd nes bod y gwaith o sefydlogi’r arglawdd y tu ôl i Waith Trin Dŵr Gwastraff Talacharn wedi’i gwblhau.

The County of Carmarthenshire (Unclassified Road, Leading from Cwm-Miles Bridge, Login) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2024

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that length of the unclassified road, 270 metres north-east from Cwm-Miles Bridge, for a distance of 70 metres in a north-easterly direction.

The Alternative Route for north-east bound traffic will be to proceed in a general south-easterly direction passing Cwm-Miles Bridge and proceeding along the unclassified road passing property knows as Penclippin Farm to the crossroad at Hiraeth. Turn left at the crossroad, along the road signposted Llanboidy, and proceed in a general north-easterly direction for approximately 2.25 km passing properties knows as Blaenhiraeth and Glascoed. Turn left at the next junction singposted Login, after Gwynmardene Kennels, and proceed along this road for approximately 3.35 km passing property knows as Cilowen Uchaf, to return to a point north-east of the closure.

Vice versa for south-west bound traffic.

The Order will continue in force until signal and telecom maintenance works by Network Rail have been completed.

I t intended that the works will commence on Monday the 19th of August, 2024, for a period of 6 days.

Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

The County of Carmarthenshire (Unclassified Road Leading from the A4069 Llangadog to Heol Pendref, Llangadog) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2024

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the entire length of the Unclassified Road, from its junction with the A4069 Llangadog, passing properties known as Barons Court Caravan Park, to its junction with the Class III Road known as Heol Pendref.

Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.

The Alternative Route for south bound traffic will be to proceed along the A4069 Llangadog in a south-westerly direction to its junction with the Class III Road known as Heol Pendref. At the junction turn left and proceed along Heol Pendref in a general easterly direction for a distance of 610 metres to return to a point south of the closure.

The proposed Order will continue in force until works are carried out on behalf of National Grid to install a new underground cable diversion have been completed.

It is intended that the works will commence on Monday the 9th of September 2024 until Thursday the 26th September 2024.

Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

The County of Carmarthenshire (Felin-Pandy, Meidrim) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2024

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the Class III Road leading from the junction next to the property known as Glyn Aur at Felin-Pandy, Meidrim for a distance of 650 metres in a northerly direction.

This closure is a continuation of the Temporary Emergency Closure imposed on the Class III Road at Felin-Pandy, Meidrim, under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on the 5th of August 2024.

Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties (where appropriate) will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.

The Alternative Route for north bound traffic will be to proceed in a southerly direction proceeding along the road signposted Meidrim, passing properties knowns as Glandewi and Elm Grove and continuing along Drefach Road to the junction with the B4289. Turn right at the junction and proceed along the B4289 Station Road for a distance of 300 metres to the junction with the B4299 leading to Trelech adjacent to the Fountain Inn. At the junction, turn right and proceed along the B4299 for a distance of 5.6 km in a general northerly direction to its junction with the Class III Road leading to Pandy adjacent to the property known as Brynhedydd. Turn right at the junction and proceed for a distance of 2.2km along the road singposted Pandy passing Tyhen Chapel to return to a point north of the closure.

Vice versa for south bound traffic.

The Order will continue in force until D J Davies Fuels complete works to fell dangerous trees.

It is intended that the works commenced on Monday the 5th day of August 2024, until the 16th of September 2024.

Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

The County of Carmarthenshire (Public Footpath 22/15 (PART), Laugharne Town) Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along that length of Footpath Number 22/15, extending from its junction with Footpath Numbers 22/13 and 22/14 to its junction with Footpath Number 22/20, for a distance of 612 metres in a southerly direction.

There will be no alternative route for the duration of this closure.

The proposed Order will continue in force until embankement stabilisation works behind Laugharne Waste Water Treatment Works have been completed.

It is intended that the works will commence on the 9th of September 2024, and will be complete in approximately 6 months.

Where appropriate, temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding six months.
