Staveley - Disposal of Open Space
What is happening?
Notice under Section 123(2A) Local Government Act 1972
NOTICE is hereby given that THE DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to dispose of an area of open space in Staveley, Chesterfield forming part of land adjacent to the Beighton/Staveley Trail (Trans Pennine Trail) Staveley - Killamarsh.
Plans showing the areas to be disposed of are attached.
Any person wishing to object to the proposed disposal should do so by writing to Mrs H. Barrington, Director of Legal & Democratic Services, Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock, DE4 3AG or by emailing Helen.Barrington@Derbyshire.gov.uk quoting reference BT/108464 before the 2nd September 2024.
