Various Streets - Temporary Road Closures

The Borough Council of Sandwell (Waterfall Lane, Cradley Heath) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2024 has made an order to temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Waterfall Lane from the junction of Station Road (eastern side) to the access road for the Broadwyn Trading Estate (western side)

 Access to any affected frontages will be maintained, but only when safety permits. A traffic diversion route will be signed via Beauty Bank, Halesowen Road, Heathfield Way, Garratts Lane, Powke Lane, Holly Road, Perry Park Road and vice versa. 

The maximum duration is 18 months but the work is expected to be completed by 22/08/2024 effective from 22/08/2024 (08:00 - 18:00). Purpose – To facilitate access for the installation of a zebra crossing by Stourbridge Paving Company Limited on behalf of SMBC.

The Borough Council of Sandwell (Temple Way, Tividale) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2024 has made an order to temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Temple Way, Tividale which will be closed at the junction of Dudley Road East (access to any affected frontages will be maintained, but only when safety permits).

 A diversion route will be signed via Temple Way, Johns Lane, Tipton Road, Dudley Road East and vice versa. The maximum duration is 18 months but the work is expected to be completed by 29/08/2024 effective from 19/08/2024 (24hrs). 

Purpose – To facilitate access to lay new water service pipes by South Staffs Water.

The Borough Council of Sandwell (Andrew Road, Tipton) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2024 has made an order to temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Andrew Road, Tipton which will be closed at the junction of Wake Green Road to the dividing line of property numbers 7 & 9 (access to any affected frontages will be maintained, but only when safety permits). 

A diversion route will be signed via Elizabeth Walk, Wake Green Road and vice versa. The maximum duration is 18 months but the work is expected to be completed by 30/08/2024 effective from 19/08/2024 (24hrs). Purpose – To facilitate access for remedial works by Cadent Gas.

The Borough Council of Sandwell (Hawfield Road, Tividale) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2024 has made an order to temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Hawfield Road, Tividale between the dividing line of property numbers 17 & 19 and the dividing line of property numbers 35 & 37 (access to any affected frontages will be maintained, but only when safety permits). 

A traffic diversion route will be signed via City Road, Tower Road and vice versa. The maximum duration is 18 months but the work is expected to be completed by 22/08/2024 effective from 22/08/2024 (09:30 - 15:30).
