THE PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) REGULATIONS 1990 (AS AMENDED) NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Application reference number S62A/2024/0053 Proposed development at Building 11, Explore Lane, Bristol, BS1 5TY.
Notice is given that Canada Life Asset Management is applying to the Secretary of State for Detailed planning application for use of part of the roof area as an outdoor terrace, comprising the provision of a metal canopy frame with retractable sun shade, glass balustrade and acoustic screen and provision of biodiverse green roof to part of roof top plant room. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application the plans and other documents submitted with it at: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/ section-62a-planning-application-s62a20240053-building-11- explore-lane-bristol-bs1-5ty at Citizen Service Point, 100 Temple Street, Bristol, BS1 6AG during all reasonable hours within the period of 14 days beginning with the date on which this notice was published.
