PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND AT QUEEN’S DRIVE PAVILION,
QUEEN’S DRIVE, BENTLEY, DONCASTER, DN5 9QL
LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972, SECTION 123(1), (2A)

NOTICE is given that City
of Doncaster Council intends to dispose of land, known as Queen’s Drive Pavilion,
having an area of approximately 0.05 Square Meters which forms part of the public
open space at Queen’s Drive, Doncaster. A plan for the land mentioned above will be
kept at Civic Office, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3BU. The proposed disposal is the
sale of the freehold land for the following use:
Lease to Scawthorpe Scorpions Junior Football Club for 25 years from the date
of completion.
Representations in respect of the intended disposal must be made in writing and
addressed to: David Stimpson, Head of Property Services, of Civic Office, Waterdale,
Doncaster, DN1 3BU, or by email to David.Stimpson@doncaster.gov.uk no later than
12 noon on 22 August 2024. (PO630)
