Public Notice
Arundel Town Council invites tenders from suitably experienced Principal Contractors under CDM2015 for replacement decking, repairs of parapets and associated works at The Town Hall. Enquiries can be made to The Town Clerk at townclerk@arundeltowncouncil.gov.uk. An electronic tender and specification package is available, together with a CDM Health and Safety questionnaire that will need to be completed as part of any submission. The contract details are as follows:
Tender return date: 12.00 Noon on Friday 16th August
Contract value: Between £75k-£100k plus vat
Commencement date: Monday 28th October 2024
Completion date: Friday 12th December 2024
Liquidated Damages: £3,000 per week
Public liability insurance: £10million
