NOTICE is hereby given that THE DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to dispose of an area of open space being Land lying to the south west of Tor Rise, Matlock DE4 3DL.
A plan identifying the area to be disposed of can be obtained by emailing your request to estates.management@derbyshire.gov.uk
Any person wishing to object to the proposed disposal should do so by writing to Mrs H. Barrington, Director of Legal & Democratic Services, Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock, DE4 3AG or by emailing Helen.Barrington@Derbyshire.gov.uk quoting reference MPL.108677 before 30-08-2024.
