NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF LAND COMPRISING PUBLIC OPEN SPACE
EAST OF LINKS ROAD, BLYTH, NE24 3PQ
Notice is hereby given that Northumberland County Council intends to dispose of, by way of a Lease of 50 years duration, an area of land comprising approximately 0.28 acres located at Blyth Beach, being the Dave Stephens Centre, land to the west of the Dave Stephens Centre and the Blyth beach huts which consists of or forms part of an open space area.
A plan showing the area of the intended disposal can be requested by emailing michael.gilroy@northumberland.gov.uk
Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to:

to be received no later than noon on 30th August 2024
