Notice under Section 123(2A)
Local Government Act 1972

NOTICE is hereby given that THE DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to dispose of an area of open space known as Playing fields at the former Gladys Buxton Centre Site(Demolished), Oakhill Road, Dronfield, Derbyshire, S18 2EJ by way of a lease.
A plan showing the area to be disposed of is attached.
Any person wishing to object to the proposed disposal should do so by writing to Mrs H. Barrington, Director of Legal & Democratic Services, Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock, DE4 3AG or by emailing Helen.Barrington@Derbyshire.gov.uk quoting reference NK.108102 before the
16th August 2024.
