DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE
THE HOMESTEAD, HURST KNOWLE, ALMONDBURY, HUDDERSFIELD, HD5 8SG AND ADJACENT LAND
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kirklees Council intend to dispose of The Homestead, Hurst Knowle, Almondbury, Huddersfield, HD5 8SG and part of the land adjacent to the buildings. The land adjacent to the buildings is presently classed as Public Open Space.
Any person having any objection to the disposal of the Public Open Space should make such objection in writing to Harry Garland (quoting reference: DEV/HG/D70a-570 ), Kirklees Council, Legal Services, PO Box 1720, Huddersfield, HD1 9EL no later than 02 August 2024, giving full reasons for such objection.
A copy of the plan showing the area in question may be inspected free of charge online at https://www.kirklees.gov.uk/ beta/premises-and-land/council-land-and-property.aspx.
