Notice is hereby given under section 123(1) (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Milton Keynes City Council intends to dispose of parcels of land that includes public open space, by way of leasehold.
Tattenhoe Pavilion and Sports Ground, Holborn Crescent, Milton Keynes, MK4 3EQ
The parcel of land is approximately 22 acres comprising a playing fields, astro pitch and pavilion building being part of registered title number BM313070. The location of the Property can be found off St Agnes Way, Tattenhoe or by using What3Words at https://what3words.com/frozen.sock.admire. A plan is available upon request to the Council.
Crownhill Pavilion and Community Centre, 56a Lennon Drive, Crownhill, Milton Keynes, MK8 0AS
The parcel of land is approximately 5.8 acres comprising playing fields, amenity land, pavilion and community centre being part of registered title number BM149253 and BM257383 . The location of the Property can be found off Lennon Drive, Crownhill or by using What3Words at https://what3words.com/biggest.tissue.force . A plan is available upon request to the Council.
