HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin wedi gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o’r ffordd ddiddosbarth yn y pentref a elwir Pont-y-fenni, 850 metr o’r gyffordd â’r A40 o Hendy-gwyn i Sanclêr am bellter o 150 metr i gyfeiriad y de-ddwyrain.
Lle bo’n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ynghau.
Y Llwybr Arall ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio tua’r gogledd-ddwyrain fydd mynd i gyfeiriad cyffredinol y gorllewin am bellter o tua 1.5km hyd at y gyffordd â’r A40 o Hendy-gwyn i Sanclêr. Wrth y gyffordd, troi i’r chwith a pharhau ar hyd yr A40 am tua 2.4km hyd at y gyffordd ag arwydd i Bont-y-fenni. Troi i’r chwith wrth y gyffordd a pharhau i gyfeiriad cyffredinol y dwyrain, gan fynd heibio i Moor Farm, er mwyn dychwelyd i bwynt sydd i’r gogledd-orllewin o’r man lle mae’r ffordd ynghau.
I’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio tua’r de-orllewin.
Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau mewn grym hyd nes bod BT wedi cwblhau’r gwaith adeiladu.
Bwriedir i’r gwaith ddechrau ar yr 22ain o Orffennaf 2024 a chael ei gwblhau mewn oddeutu 7 diwrnod.
Lle bo hynny’n briodol gall Gorchmynion Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd dros dro barhau mewn grym am hyd at ddeunaw mis.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012
NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 12(4) or (5)
PL/07959 - Extension to existing nutrient store and excavation of stand alone nutrient store at Llandre Uchaf, Login, Whitland, SA34 0XA for L Summers The proposed development could affect a right of way to which Part III of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 applies.
Take notice that application(s) have been received under the above legislation/regulation.
The application, plans, and any supporting information can be viewed on-line at: www.carmarthenshire.gov.uk/planningapplications or any of our Customer Services Centre during office hours.
If you wish to comment on the proposed development, you must do so within 21 days of the date on this notice. The County of Carmarthenshire
(Pont-y-Fenni) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that length of the unclassified road in the village known as Pont-Y-Fenni, 850 metres from its junction with the A40 from Whitland to St Clears, for a distance of 150 metres in a south-easterly direction.
Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.
The Alternative Route for north-east bound traffic will be to proceed in a general westerly direction for a distance of approximately 1.5km to its junction with the A40 leading from Whitland to St Clears. At the junction turn left and continue along the A40 for approximately 2.4km to the junction signposted Pont-Y-Fenni. Turn left at the junction and continue in a general easterly direction, passing properties known as Moor Farm, to return to a point north-west of the closure.
Vice Versa for south-west bound traffic.
The Order will continue in force until masonry works carried out by BT has been completed.
It is intended that the works commenced on the 22nd July 2024, and will be completed in approximately 7 days.
Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.
