NOTICE is hereby given that DACORUM BOROUGH COUNCIL with the consent of Hertfordshire County Council, and in exercise of powers conferred on that County under sections 32, 35, 35C and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004, proposes to make the above Order with the effect of making changes to the permit holder restrictions, charging hours and charges for its off-street car parks. The proposed changes for each car park are listed below:
