Proposed erection of mixed-use development with residential (purpose built student accommodation, co-living, build to rent, flats) with ancillary facilities and services including commercial uses with potential for shops and financial, professional and other services (class 1a), food and drink (class 3), assembly / leisure (class 11), non residential institutions (class 10), landscaping/open space/public realm, access and parking (cycles and vehicles), with all associated works on land at 23 Cook Street, Glasgow.

PRE-APPLICATION CONSULTATION BY THE PROSPECTIVE APPLICANT
Cook Street Invest Ltd hereby give notice that it is proposed to submit a planning application in respect of the above development on land at 23 Cook Street, Glasgow.
A public consultation exhibition will take place in the St Francis Community Centre, 405 Cumberland St, Glasgow G5 0SE on Monday 15th July 2024 between 3 pm and 6pm.

Comments on the proposals should be submitted by any of the above-mentioned means by Friday 30th August 2024. This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
