LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 (AS AMENDED) SECTION 123(2A)
PUBLIC OPEN SPACE AT CROYLAND GARDENS, DODDINGTON ROAD, WELLINGBOROUGH


Notice is hereby given that North Northamptonshire Council proposes to dispose of a parcel of land at Croyland Gardens, adjacent to Doddington Road, Wellingborough NN8 2JG south of Swanspool brook and adjacent to 7 Doddington Road, Wellingborough comprising 190㎡ to become garden land. Following the transfer, the remainder of Croyland Gardens will remain available for enjoyment as public open space.
The Plan showing the Site may be inspected during normal office hours at North Northamptonshire Council Bowling Green Road, Kettering, Northants NN15 7QX and is available via the weblink below: www.northnorthants.gov.uk/publicnotice002
Any objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing, stating the grounds of objection, to Executive Director of Customer and Governance North Northamptonshire Council, Bowling Green Road, Kettering, Northants NN15 7QX or email Estates@northnorthants.gov.uk no later than 5pm on the 27th July 2023.
