AS AMENDED (SECTION 123)
TAKE NOTICE that Mid Sussex District Council intends to grant an easement to Mr Matt Greenwood of land at Warninglid Recreation Ground, Cuckfield Lane, RH17 5UB for the purposes of installing a new gate to his field that lies to the east of the recreation ground. A block plan showing the approximate extent and location of the easement (the property is outlined in red and the existing easement is edged green) and is available by emailing property@midsussex.gov.uk or calling (01444) 477577. Any person wishing to object to this proposal should give their reasons in writing to me the undersigned (Corporate Solicitor) by the 18th July 2024. Any objections and representations received by that date will be considered by Mid Sussex District Council in deciding whether to grant the proposed permissions.
