THE PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF AN AREA OF OPEN SPACE AT THE CORNER OF SAGAR STREET AND AIRE STREET, CASTLEFORD
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Wakefield is considering the disposal of an area of open space on the corner of Sagar Street and Aire Street, Castleford.
A copy of the plan indicating the land in question, together with further details, may be inspected free of charge during normal office hours at the reception desk, Wakefield One, Burton Street, Wakefield, WF1 2EB.
Any person having any objection to the disposal should make such objections in writing to the Corporate Property Officer (Ref: PM/L/01705/MB Sagar Street), Property & Asset Management, Wakefield One, PO Box 700, Burton Street, Wakefield, WF1 2EB to be received no later than Friday 12th July 2024 and must give full reasons for the objections.
