What is happening?
SITE: 150 Hardgate Road Glasgow
PROPOSAL: Proposed Mixed use Development consisting in affordable housing with retail, community facilities, office space, class 3 uses, leisure facilities and associated works such as landscape, parking and roads
APPLICATION: 24/00739/PAN
The purpose of this notice is to alert local residents of public consultation events to be held for the above Proposal of Application Notice (PAN) that has been submitted to Glasgow City Council. The consultation events will display information regarding the existing site and provide a chance for local residents to complete a questionnaire to provide feedback.
PROJECT PROPOSALS
The purpose of the above application is to seek approval for a mixed used development on the proposed development site at 150 Hardgate Road.
It is envisaged that the project proposals will include residential development, as well as potential leisure and commercial facilities.
TIME AND DATES FOR CONSULTATION EVENTS
In total two public consultation events will be held at the below time and dates.
Consultation Event 01: Wednesday 26th June from 3pm - 6pm
Consultation Event 02: Wednesday 24th July from 3pm - 6pm
Both events will be held at Luma Tower, 510 Shieldhall Road, Shieldhall, Glasgow, G51 4HE.
In addition to the above consultation events a copy of the information presented, and feedback questionnaires will be made available at Linthouse Housing Association offices. Should you be unable to attend the consultation events and wish to provide feedback then please view this information at 1 Cressy St, Glasgow G51 4RB before 26th July 2024.
Please note that detailed design layouts will not be presented at this stage and the focus of the consultations event is to gauge local opinion on developing the site, in particularly for the purpose of new residential homes.
