AT Council Chamber, Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE Opening on 9 July 2024 at 10.00 REASON FOR INQUIRY Appeal by Wain Estates (Land) Ltd Relating to the application to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council for up to 150 dwellings, a countryside park and associated works (outline application for access only) at Land North of Wilderness Lane, Great Barr, B43 7AJ. An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal. Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views.
