Notice under Regulation 7(2)(b) in respect of 'pre-application' consultation for the demolition of the existing building or potential refurbishment for a mixed-use development with purpose-built student accommodation and ground floor commercial space (Class 1A, 3 or 10) and associated infrastructure at 285 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 4JL on behalf of McLaren (Bath Street).

The Applicant will host two in-person consultation events at the Renfield Centre (260 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 4JP). The first event will take place on Tues 18th June 2024 between 2pm and 7pm. Members of the project and client team will be available in-person to respond to any questions. Feedback can be provided using the questionnaires at the in-person events or online and all comments to the Applicant must be provided by 2nd July 2024. Please note that all comments made to the Applicant's agents will not be classed as representations by the Planning Authority. An opportunity to make representations to the Council will exist when a formal planning application has been submitted. Neighbours of the application site will be notified by the Planning Authority once a planning application has been submitted.
