Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant

Proposed development at (a) Site Bounded by Carrick Street/Crimea Street/Brown Street, Glasgow G2 8PW.

for (b) Demolition of existing buildings and erection of Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (Sui Generis), with ground floor commercial units (Class 1A, 3) and associated public realm, amenity space, landscaping, cycle parking, servicing and access.

A public information event/exhibition will be held at (c) Box Hub, Axiom Building on Tuesday 18 June 2024 3-7pm
