What is happening?

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Trustee of Bletchley and Fenny Stratford Working Men’s Social Club (“the Club”) has instructed Moore Kingston Smith & Partners LLP to assist with dissolving the Club (shut it down).

The Club has long since ceased trading, and the Clubhouse at 1 Chandos Place, Bletchley, Milton
Keynes MK2 2SQ has fallen into disrepair. Therefore, the Trustee has decided that the Club should be dissolved.

Valid members of the Club (those whose membership payments were up to date when the Club ceased trading) have the opportunity to vote on the dissolution of the Club.

If you are a valid member of the Club, and have not recently received a letter from the Trustee please contact Moore Kingston Smith & Partners at BletchleyFennyClub@mks.co.uk or on 0121 299 1736 and a voting form will be provided to you.

Your vote must be received by 19 June 2024 to be valid.
