What is happening?

STAFFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC 

Market Ln, Lower Penn. 

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit vehicles and cyclists from proceeding along Market Ln, Lower Penn.

The Order will come into operation on 17/6/24 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 28/6/24. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the water main installation works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Bungham Ln, Penkridge.

The Order will come into operation on 18/6/24 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed the same day.The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the telecommunication pole replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

 ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC, TEMPORARY ONE WAY AND TEMPORARY 10 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION 

Holyhead Rd, Oaken and Bridgnorth Rd, Wombourne – Surface Dressing Preparation Works.

 Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding on Holyhead Rd, Oaken and Bridgnorth Rd, Wombourne. A temporary 10MPH Speed Limit and One Way Order (where appropriate) will also be in force on these roads.

The Order will come into operation on 13/6/24 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 30/4/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the preventative surface dressing preparation works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the roads have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
