Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council has received planning applications for the following developments:

ENFORCEMENT APPEAL

Appeal By: Mr Kenneth Warner

Relating to: Enforcement Notice served by Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council.

For: The material change of use of the land to that of residential use, by virtue of the siting of a caravan used for residential purposes.

At: Land at Former Hob Lane Farm, (previously 475 Blackburn Road, Edgworth, Turton, BL7 0PU)

Venue: 10 Duke Street, Blackburn, BB2 1DH

Date: Thursday 29th August 2024

Time: 10:00am

Any written comments you make can be inspected by the public under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, and therefore should not contain any remarks, which might be regarded as offensive or libellous.
