Amendment Regulations 2021

The Farm Energy Company hereby give notice of pre-application consultation events to be held in relation to the following proposed development on land to the north of Swinlees Quarry, Dalry: "Full planning application for the erection of a wind farm consisting of approximately 6 no wind turbines of up to 150m blade tip."

In advance of submitting an application for planning permission three consultation events will take place on:

Tuesday 14th May between 3-7 PM at Rosearden Hall (Courthill Street, Dalry KA24)

Tuesday 11th June between 3-7 PM at Bridgend Community Centre (17 Bridgend, Kilbirnie KA25 7DJ)

Tuesday 23rd July between 3-7 PM at Rosearden Hall (Courthill Street, Dalry KA24)

The events will provide information on the proposed development and the Project Team will be in attendance to discuss the proposals and answer any questions.

A project website https://farmenergycompanydalry.consultationonline.co.uk/ with project material and online feedback form will also launch on 14th May 2024.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposals may do so at the event, via the website or in writing to C/O Cavendish Consulting, 1 West Regent Street, G2 1RW. Please note all feedback from the first round of consultation (14th May and 11th June event) should be submitted by 30th June 2024. Feedback from the second round (23rd July event) should be submitted by 11th August 2024.

This notice does not relate to a planning application and comments should not be made to North Ayrshire Council.

Any comments made to the Applicant are not representations to the Planning Authority.

If a planning application is subsequently submitted to the North Ayrshire Council normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken and the public will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposals at that time.
