Notice under regulation 7(2)(b)
Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at 145 Elliot Street, Glasgow, G3 8EX.
For erection of mixed use development comprising student accommodation and/or residential development and/or co-living with ancillary commercial space with potential for shops, financial, professional and other services (Class 1A); food and drink (Class 3), Business (Class 4), and Assembly and Leisure (Class 11) uses and formation of landscaping/public realm; access; car parking and associated works.
A drop in pre-application public consultation event will take place on Thursday 16 May 2024 between 3-7pm at The Pyramid at Anderston, 759 Argyle Street, Glasgow, G3 8DS.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so at the event, via the project website or email address outlined above or by post to Cavendish Consulting, 1 West Regent Street, Glasgow, G2 1RW no later than Wednesday 29 May 2024.
A second consultation event will be held on 13 June 2024. Details will be published in advance of the event.
This notice does not relate to a planning application.
Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council.
Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
