NOTICE OF PROPOSAL (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) (CREWE TOWN CENTRE MULTI STOREY CAR PARK) ORDER 2024

The Council hereby gives NOTICE in exercise of its powers under Section 32, 35 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers of its intention to introduce tariffs and permits for the off-street car park referred to in this Notice. The general effect of the Order is to:

Introduce tariffs and permits at the following rates:

Crewe Town Centre Multi Storey Car Park

Tariffs Monday to Saturday inclusive – 7am to 12 midnight

Any objection or other representation relating to the proposed Order must be made in writing.

All objections or representations must specify the grounds on which they are made. Objections and other representations should be sent, marked for the attention of the Parking Services Manager, Cheshire East Council, Delamere House, Delamere Street, Crewe, Cheshire CW1 2JZ or by email to Lorraine.rushton@cheshireeast.gov.uk and titled “Crewe Town Centre MSCP” to arrive no later than 29th May 2024.
