 Local Government Act 1972 Section 123(1) and (2A) Proposed Disposal of Public Open Space

 – Land at Broadholes Lane, Wheaton Aston, South Staffordshire 

NOTICE is hereby given that South Staffordshire District Council intends to dispose of the leasehold land at Broadholes Lane, Wheaton Aston, South Staffordshire. The proposed disposal is the sale of the leasehold to the Parish Council of Lapley, Stretton and Wheaton Aston for the purpose of community uses to include community allotment. 

Any objections to the proposed disposal should be made in writing to South Staffordshire District Council, Wolverhampton Road, Codsall, WV8 1PX for the attention of the Corporate Director of Place and Communities.

 A plan showing the area to be disposed of can be provided upon request by calling 01902 696000. 

Any objections must be received by 5pm on Monday 27th May 2024.
