What is happening?
WABCO AUTOMOTIVE UK PENSION SCHEME
(THE “SCHEME”)
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF
THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
The Scheme commenced winding up on 3 April 2023.
The Trustee of the Scheme believes that all liabilities of
the Scheme have been identified and appropriate notifi-
cations made.
If you believe that you may be entitled to benefits from, or
have any claim against or interest in, the Scheme but have
not been contacted already, please provide your full name,
address and particulars, together with any relevant
supporting documentation, to: The Trustee of the WABCO
Automotive UK Pension Scheme, c/o XPS Pensions Group,
1 City Square, Leeds, LS1 2ES.
Such details must be sent within two months of the date of
publication of this notice.
After this time, the Trustee will proceed to complete the
winding-up of the Scheme having regard only to the claims
and interests of which it has then received notice.
