NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF LAND
COMPRISING PUBLIC OPEN SPACE
LAND LOCATED TO THE NORTH WESTERN SIDE OF
THE RIVER WANSBECK, EAST MILL, MORPETH, NE61 3AA
Notice is hereby given that Northumberland County Council intends to dispose of, by way of a Lease of 10 years duration, an area of land comprising approximately 0.08 acres located to the north western side of the River Wansbeck, East Mill, Morpeth which consists of or forms part of an open space area.
A plan showing the area of the intended disposal can be requested by emailing michael.gilroy@northumberland.gov.uk
Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to:

to be received no later than noon on 9th May 2024
