Assessment) Regulations 2017

Site: Wistow Lodge Farm, Fleckney Road, Wistow,
Leicestershire, LE8 0QE
Proposed: Installation of a solar photovoltaic (PV) array/
solar farm including a battery energy storage system
with associated infrastructure, access and landscaping
Applicant: Elgin Energy Esco Limited
In accordance with Regulation 30 of the Town and
Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment)
Regulations 2017, Harborough District Council hereby
gives NOTICE that planning permission for the above
development has been granted and a decision notice
was issued on 27.03.2024.
Members of the public may inspect electronic
copies of following information and all other
documents relating to the application online at
www.harborough.gov.uk/planning:
• the decision notice and conditions attached to
offset the adverse effects on the environment,
• the application, plans, the environmental statement
submitted
• the offi cer’s report setting out the main reasons and
considerations on which decision was based and
details of the public participation process.
This NOTICE has been displayed by Harborough
District Council to publicise that the local planning
authority has determined an EIA application.
