Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to David Tolley, Head of Environmental Health and Trading Standards, 4th Floor Tower Hamlets Town Hall 160 Whitechapel Road London E1 1BJ WITHIN THREE WEEKS specifying the grounds of opposition.
Persons objecting to the grant of a licence must be prepared to attend in person at a hearing before a Committee of the Council.
