NOTICE is hereby given that THE DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to dispose of an area of open space on the west side of Station Road, Darley Dale, Matlock.
A plan identifying the area to be disposed of can be obtained by emailing your request to estates.management@derbyshire.gov.uk
Any person wishing to object to the proposed disposal should do so by writing to Mrs H. Barrington, Director of Legal & Democratic Services, Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock, DE4 3AG or by emailing Helen.Barrington@Derbyshire.gov.uk quoting reference MPL/107694 before 03-05-2024.
