PUBLIC NOTICE – Council Tax
Notice is hereby given that Arun District Council, on the 13 March 2024, in accordance with the provisions of The Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023, approved that the minimum period before a council tax premium is charged on empty properties be reduced from two years to one year, with effect from 1 April 2025 and a council tax premium of up to 100% in respect of second homes be introduced, with effect from 1 April 2025.
