North Drive, Cleveleys - former bowling Green adjacent to the Men’s Shed
NOTICE is hereby given that Wyre Borough Council intends to dispose by way of a lease
for five years of land at North Drive, being the former bowling green adjacent to The Men’s
Shed, Cleveleys an area of public open space.
The open space in question (Open Space Land) is shown edged red on a plan that may be
inspected at the Reception Desk at the Civic Centre, Poulton-le-Fylde.
Any person who objects to the proposed disposal of the above mentioned parcel of land
should notify Mary Grimshaw of the said objection in writing to Wyre Council, Civic Centre, Breck Road, Poulton-le-Fylde,FY6 7PU or via email to mailroom@wyre.gov.uk by the
23 rd April 2024
