Surrey - Water Resources Abstraction and Impounding Regulations 2006

ENVIRONMENT AGENCY
The Environment Agency is proposing to revoke (cancel) licence
number 9/40/01/0170/G held by Trustees of the Chevening Estate
and licence number 9/40/03/0333/GR held by The Trustees
Of The St Clere Estate respectively, and to reduce the annual
quantities of licence numbers 9/40/01/0012/SR held by The Titsey
Estate Company.
The Environment Agency is required to give notice of this proposal.
The Environment Agency give this notice under section 52 of
the Water Resources Act 1991 and regulation 31 of the Water
Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The Environment Agency has made this proposal as part of a
programme to achieve sustainable abstraction and to conserve,
and secure the proper use of, water resources.
Details of the proposal

The proposal is to revoke (cancel) the licence of 9/40/03/0333/GR
and 9/40/01/0170/G, and to reduce the annual quantity to 8,879m3
on licence 9/40/01/0012/SR.
