Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Purpose built student accommodation, flatted residential development, community wealth building artistic facility and community lounge with associated community park of circa 2.5 acres, amenity, access and other ancillary works, at Havannah Street, Collegelands, Glasgow.
A public consultation event will take place on Tuesday 26th March 2024 between 3pm and 7pm at Collegelands Student Accommodation, 10 Havannah Street, Glasgow, G4 0UB.
During this event, members of the project team will be available to respond to any questions and receive feedback on the proposals.
Further information and a copy of the consultation boards will be available on our dedicated project website (www.collegelandspark.co.uk) or from Iceni Projects, 177 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB. If you wish to make comments on the proposals, you may do so at the event or by email to collegelandspark@iceniprojects.com no later than 16th April 2024.
A second consultation event will be held in May 2024. Details of this will be published in advance of the event.
This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, statutory neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken, and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
