TO BE HELD AS PART OF THE PUBLIC INQUIRY

THE BERWICK BANK WIND FARM (ONSHORE WORKS)
COMPULSORY PURCHASE ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Reporter Paul Cackette CBE, LL.B (Hons), Dip LP has been appointed to consider objections made to the Berwick Bank Wind Farm (Onshore Works) Compulsory Purchase Order 2023. The Order is made under the above Acts and proceeds in accordance with the Compulsory Purchase by Public Authorities (Inquiries Procedure) (Scotland) Rules 1998.
A Public Local Inquiry and Hearing into the objections to that Compulsory Purchase Order will take place on 22 April 2024 and subsequent days, starting on each day at 10:00.
All sessions will take place at the Tyninghame Village Hall, Main Street, Tyninghame, East Lothian EH42 1XL.
Access to the Order, acquiring authorities' Statement of Reasons, the objections and other associated documents, can be found on the website of the Scottish Government Planning and Environmental Appeals Division at http://www.dpea.scotland.gov.uk, by searching under case reference CPO-210-2.
Members of the public can follow proceedings through the broadcast to the internet as part of the DPEA webcasting service http://dpea.public-i.tv/core/portal/home. Recordings of the proceedings can also be viewed on the website.
The inquiry statements, hearing statements, documents and precognitions will be available for inspection electronically at Dunbar Library, Bleachingfield Centre, Countess Road, Dunbar EH42 1DX and East Lothian Council, John Muir House, Brewery Park, Haddington, East Lothian EH41 3HA.
Attendees and/or participants may wish to note that this meeting will be broadcast live to the internet as part of DPEA's webcasting service. Generally the public seating areas will not be directly filmed however by entering the meeting venue and using the public seating area, you are consenting to being filmed and to the use and storage of those images and sound recordings and any information pertaining to you contained in them for webcasting and training purposes and for the purpose of keeping historical records and making those records available to the public.
