Notice of Cancellation pursuant to
section 5 of the Act
Notice is hereby given that the Authority has,
pursuant to the Co-operative and Community
Benefit Societies Act 2014, this day cancelled the
registration of Green Travel Planners Limited
(Register no. 30863 R the registered office of which
is at 59 Denshaw Drive, Morley, Leeds, West
Yorkshire, LS27 8RS at its request
The society ceases to enjoy the privileges of a
registered society, but without prejudice to any
liability incurred by the society, which may be
enforced against it as if such cancellation had not
taken place. Date: 14 February 2024
