NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 29 February 2024
Under Section 30(2) of the Local Government Finance Act, 1992, the Council of the London Borough of Newham set the following amounts of Council Tax for the period 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.

In accordance with Section 11B of the Local Government Finance Act 1992, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 29 February 2024 the Council of the London Borough of Newham has determined that with regard to Council Tax charged:
* From 1 April 2024, the minimum period that a property is empty and substantially unfurnished before a 100% premium applies will be reduced from 2 years to 1 year. The periods before a 200% or 300% premium applies remain at 5 years and 10 years respectively.
