NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Milton Keynes Council intends to dispose of 2 areas of public open space of approximately 36.5 sq. m. comprising of [grassed areas] and being registered under title number BM311231 at Emberton Country Park (MK46 5FJ). A plan of the land affected by the intended disposal is available upon request to Laura Clancy.
Any comments or objections to the leasehold disposal must be made in writing by no later than 12 noon on Thursday 28 March 2024 to:
