Notice to Creditors and Benefi ciaries under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 26 February 2024

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustee of The Heywood & Partners Limited Pension Scheme (the “Scheme”) is winding-up the Scheme. Any creditor or beneficiary of the Scheme or any other person who believes they have a claim against or interest in the Scheme is requested to write the Trustee of the Scheme at the following address: The Trustee of The Heywood & Partners Pension Scheme, Heywood Pension Technologies, 2nd Floor, 3 Barrington Road, Altrincham, WA14 1GY. Email: Katy. rose@heywood.co.uk Claimants should provide full particulars of their claim (including their name, address, date of birth, National Insurance Number and, if applicable, when they worked for Heywood Limited, Aquila Software Limited, Aquila Heywood Limited (or associated company) within two months of the date of publication of this notice (being 26 February 2024). Please quote the Scheme name in all correspondence and, if you are not a member, please also state the capacity in which you are making a claim. After this period, the Trustee will proceed to wind-up the Scheme and secure benefi ts for any remaining benefi ciaries, having regard only to the claims and interests of which it has prior notice. The Trustee shall not be liable to any person of whose claims and demands it has not had notice. Any person who has been contacted by the Trustee at their current address or has already made a claim and received a response need not re-apply to the Trustee.
