DARGYFEIRIO LLWYBR CYHOEDDUS 2024
Ar 28ain Chwefror 2024, cafodd y Gorchymyn uchod a
wnaed o dan Adran 119 o Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980 ei
gadarnhau Cyngor Sir Gaerfyrddin.
Effaith y Gorchymyn, fel y’i cadarnhawyd, yw gwyro’r rhan o
llwybr troed cyhoeddus 26/11 yn Alltgaredig, Llanpumsaint,
Sir Gaerfyrddin, fel y dangosir ar Fap y Gorchymyn.
Gellir darllen copi o’r Gorchymyn a’r Map a
gadarnhawyd yn ddi-dâl yn Hawliau Tramwy
Cyhoeddus, Parc Coetir y Mynydd Mawr, Heol Hirwaun
Olau, Y Tymbl, Llanelli, SA14 6HU trwy apwyntiad.
Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 13eg Mawrth 2024, ond gall
unrhyw un o dramgwyddir gan y Gorchymyn ac sy’n
dymuno cwestiynu ei ddilysrwydd, neu ddilysrwydd
unrhyw ddarpariaeth yn y Gorchymyn, am nad yw o
fewn y pwerau a roddwyd gan Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980,
fel y’i newidiwyd, neu am na chydymffurfiwyd ag
unrhyw ofynion yn y Ddeddf, fel y’i newidiwyd, neu
unrhyw reoliad a wnaed yn unol â hi mewn perthynas
â’r Gorchymyn, wneud cais i’r Uchel Lys o dan
Baragraff 2 o Atodlen 2 i’r Ddeddf, fel y’i cymhwyswyd
gan Baragraff 5 o Atodlen 6 i’r Ddeddf, o fewn 6

Land fronting Aquatreat, North Dock, Llanelli
Land adjacent to Royal Oak, Felinfoel
Land adjacent to 15 Heol y Parc, Cefneithin
L and rear of Tir tu nol Heol y Neuadd, Tumble
Notice is hereby given that Carmarthenshire County
Council intends to dispose of the above parcels of
land which form part of a public open space within the
meaning of the above Sections. Any member of the
public wishing to make representation on the
proposed disposals are invited to do so in writing to:

Notice of Confirmation of Public Path Order
Highways Act 1980
CARMARTHENSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH 26/11 Alltgaredig,
Llanpumsaint)
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2024
On the 28th February 2024, Carmarthenshire County
Council confirmed the above Order under Section 119
of the Highways Act 1980.
The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert part of
the public footpath 26/11 at Alltgaredig, Llanpumsaint,
Carmarthenshire, as shown on the Order Map.
A copy of the confirmed Order and the Order map
may be seen free of charge, at Public Rights of Way,
Mynydd Mawr Woodland Park, Heol Hirwaun Olau,
Tumble, Llanelli, SA14 6HU by prior appointment.
The order comes into force on the 13th March 2024,
but if a person aggrieved by the Order wants to
question its validity, or that any provision contained in
it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the
Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the grounds
that any requirements of the Act, as amended, or of
any regulation made under the Act has not been
complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may,
under Paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied
by Paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 of the Act, within 6
weeks from the 28th February 2024 make an
application to the High Court.
