TOWN BUSINESS SPRUCE UP SCHEME

Supporting Local Business

You may be eligible to apply if you are the owner /tenant of:

• A business/commercial property

• Shops (hairdressers, beauty salons, dry cleaners, clothing retailer, etc).

• Financial and professional services (estate agents, insurance companies etc).

• Restaurants, public houses, cafes and food takeaways.

Vacant business/commercial premises.

Grant aid can provide up to 80% funding to a maximum amount of £4,000 per property for minor external and/ or internal improvements.

Please note this is a competitive process.

Business/commercial properties located within the Town Centre boundaries of Dungannon, Cookstown, Magherafelt & Coalisland will be eligible to apply.

Please note the funding has been secured through Department for Communities:- this funding can only be utilised within the town centre boundaries, of settlements with a population of over 5,000 inhabitants.
