Notice is hereby given that Heriot-Watt University (per Lochside Associates) has applied to the Scottish Ministers of the Scottish Government, under Part 4 of the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010, in respect of Deposit of live native oysters for the purpose of restoration at:

Representations relating to safety of navigation or environmental issues in respect of the application(s) should be made by email to: MS.MarineLicensing@gov.scot within 28 days of the date of this notice, quoting the above reference number and Heriot-Watt University (per ‘Lochside Associates').

The Scottish Government's Marine Scotland Licensing Operations Team (MS-LOT) determine applications for marine licences under the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010 and the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009. During the consultation process any person having an interest in the outcome of the application may make representation to MS-LOT. This representation will only be used for the purpose of determining an application and will be stored securely in the Scottish Government's official corporate record.
