Hysbysir trwy hyn, yn unol ag Adran 37 Deddf Adnoddau Dwr 1991 a Rheoliad 6 Rheoliadau Adnoddau Dwr (Tynnu a Chronni Dwr) 2006 i gais gael ei wneud i Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru gan Envolve Infrastructure Limited am drwydded i dynnu dwr o strata tanddaearol yn y mannau canlynol:

Transfer for Abstraction

Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Water Act 2003)

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006 that an application has been made to Natural Resources Wales by Envolve Infrastructure Limited for a licence to abstract water from underground strata as follows:

* Between National Grid References SJ 34368 69939, SJ 34299 69899, SJ 34254 69964, SJ 33774 69825, SJ 33688 69768, SJ 33605 69740, SJ 33545 69782, SJ 33464 697678, SJ 33397 69707, and SJ 33393 69702; and

* Within the area formed by straight lines running between the following National Grid References SJ 34334 69924, SJ 34325 69919, SJ 34331 69910 and SJ 34340 69916,

for the purpose of transferring it to the Garden City Drain and Un-named tributary of the Garden City Drain at National Grid References SJ 33505 69577, SJ 34409 70074 and SJ 34560 70034, at the following rates and periods: 50.2 cubic metres and hour, 1,204 cubic metres a day and 168,560 cubic metres a year, all year. The water will be abstracted for the purpose of transferring it between the sources of supply referred to above without intervening use.
