REASON FOR INQUIRY Appeal(s) by Econergy International Ltd
Relating to the application to Shropshire Council for erection
of an up to 30 MW Solar PV Array, comprising ground mounted
solar PV panels, vehicular access from exiting existing
agricultural access points, internal access tracks, landscaping
and associated infrastructure including security fencing, CCTV
cameras, client storage containers and grid connections
infrastructure, including substations buildings and off-Site
cabling at Land west of Berrington, Shrewsbury, SY5 6HA
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an
Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.

Inspector’s discretion, express their views.
