The following planning application has been received which is for Listed Building Consent and
is either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting
1. Installation of replacement windows at King James School, St Helen’s Gate, Almondbury,
Huddersfield. Application No. 2023/93620.
The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent
and would affect the setting of a Listed Building
2. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for erection of single storey side extension at
124, High Street, Scapegoat Hill, Huddersfield. Application Nos. 2023/93771 & 2024/90039.
The following planning applications have been received which affect the setting of a Listed
Building and are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting
3. Removal of condition 1 (service road scheme) and variation of conditions 7 (cycle storage), 8
(sprinkler tank) and 9 (landscape scheme) on previous permission 2022/91456 for Reserved matter
application pursuant to outline permission 2021/91544 for erection of health and research innovation
campus comprising: Class F1(a)-education; Class E(e)-medical/health services; Class E(g)(i)-offices;
Class E(g)(ii)-research/development of products/processes; multi storey car park; Class E(a)-display/
retail of goods; Class E(b)-sale of food/drink; Class E(d)-indoor sport/recreation/fitness, and the
discharge of conditions 5 (masterplan), 6 (design code), 8 (access), 9 (internal access) and 19 (BEMP)
at Southgate/Leeds Road, Huddersfield. Application No. 2024/90052.
4. Change of use to an Adult Gaming Centre (Sui Generis) at 27, Market Place, Huddersfield.
