Eastbourne College intends to submit a planning application to Eastbourne Borough Council for the demolition of its old dining hall located on the junction of Grassington Road and Carlisle Road. The building is no longer used following the opening of new facilities in 2018 and is in poor condition.
There will be a drop-in session where the public can visit to see the plans of the building’s demolition and hear about the College’s future aspirations for the site. Members of staff and contractors will be available to talk through the proposal and answer questions.
The session will take place at the Birley Centre, Eastbourne College, Carlisle Road on Wednesday 24 January 2024 from 4.00pm until 7.00pm.
There is no need to pre-book.
